As photoinitiators of the formula I, compounds can be used whose structural forms and physical properties are listed in Table. one.
Example 1. Films with a thickness of 40 microns from a mixture of resins consisting of 80 h. Plex 6616 (acrylate resin from Rohm, Darmstadt), 20 h. Trimethylpropane-triacrylate, and 2 h. photoinitiator. The films are blown over about 20 with air and then irradiated under a medium-pressure mercury lamp (Hanovia, device 45080). In this case, the samples are mixed under the ultraviolet lamp on the conveyor belt at such a rate that the effective irradiation time in one pass was 0.16 s.
In tab. Table 2 shows the number of CR passes required for obtaining solid, non-adhesive films, the hardness of the films after different number of passes measured by Koenig with a mapping instrument, and also shows the stability of the mixture of resin with photoinitiator when stored in the dark at.
Example 2. 30 micron thick films of resin mixture consisting of 60 hours Uvimcr DV-530 (Polychrom urethane acrylate), 3 hours, hexanediol diacrylate and 3 parts of photoinitiator were applied to glass plates. The film illuminated in the same way as in example 1. The results are shown in table. 3
Example 3.2% of the photoinitiator is dissolved in an unsaturated polyester resin (Crystic PKE 306, Maeder, Killwangen, Switzerland). Example 4. A mixture of resins consisting of 90 parts. Zaromer ZR 8496 (acrylate grade BASF, Germany), 10 hours hexanediol diacrylate / 0.5 hours. WoK 300 (demolishing agent, HyK-Mallinckrodt, Germany) and 3 Photoinitiator for curing in air, respectively, 0.5 hours.
